Dear Orienteering Friends,
After the successful launch of ORIUNITE in Nicosia, we are delighted to invite you to the next event
of our European journey.
On 30 August 2026, the ORIUNITE community will gather at one of Europe’s most unique
locations: the tripoint where Hungary, Austria and Slovenia meet, for a truly special orienteering
experience.
Imagine crossing three countries in a single course, running through forests where borders
become simply lines on a map and where sport reminds us that cooperation is stronger than
division.
ORIUNITE is a European project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme that uses orienteering to
promote dialogue, mutual understanding and community building in places marked by borders
and shared histories.
This event perfectly reflects that vision.
