First online Meeting
During this first call we had the chance to meet each other and start discussing the Oriunite Project. Every partner participated in this first meeting and we were able to define the dates for the Kick Off Meeting.

KICK OFF MEETING
The first transnational meeting (kick-off meeting) of the Erasmus + project ORIUNITE was held in Budapest together with 2 representatives of each of the 7 partner organizations. We thoroughly discussed the organization of the key events of the project, delving into the topic of mapping across various locations, structuring the cultural events to be organized alongside orienteering competitions, and collaboratively defining the project’s visual identity. Moments of conviviality were not lacking, with outdoor activities organized by the host association, Sibaris Club, which developed an orienteering course specifically designed for visually impaired participants. This was made possible through the use of a 3D map with tactile control points.

Online Meeting
During the online meeting each partner shared updates on their local activities, including initial contacts and progress made in their respective regions. During the meeting it was also shared an update on the project’s social media channels and website, along with the documentary. The meeting also addressed plans for the international training in Croatia, scheduled for November 2025.

Online Meeting
During the online meeting each partner shared ideas on what type of format they'll like to use during the cultural events they have to host. During the meeting it was also finalized the organization for the International Training that will take place in Zagreb in November 2025.
